Anyone know what the top speed of this vehicle is?

I'm trying to make a realistic handling line for the GTA IV Willard, i found most of the stuff the only thing i am stuck with how ever is that i can't find the top speed of it's real life based on vehicle. The vehicle in RL is a 1986 Buick Lesabre, with a Naturally Aspirated 3.0L V6 producing 125 hp and 93 Kw the vehicles weight (with a filled fuel tank is) 1549.3 Kg or 3415.6 lbs, does anyone know if this vehicle has a electronically limited top speed, or even better what that top speed is with and without limiter?, Thanks in advance for helping me out. I know the coupe model with the 165 Hp engine reaches 193.12 kmh or 119.99 mph.

Wouldn't say more than 100-120 mph. Unchipped I'm sure it could do more.

ok for now i just used a top speed calculator that uses the amount of horsepower to calculate it's results, the result that came out is around what you said so i guess this should be good enough.
