An automatic? I think it's cool that they would give the Z28 the LS9, but what the hell are they doing putting an automatic in there.

Back in my day (well, my dad's day...), if you bought the Z/28, you got a 4-speed manual. Want an automatic with that 302? Too bad! It help to weed out the unworthy of the high horse awesomeness.

Also, there was a slash. Whats with these kids having to shorten everything?!

I feel like I should really be about 15 years older than I am.

Because the days of people actually having to pay attention to their car and the road to be good drivers have come to pass. You can shift properly when you're watching your in-dash TV, trying to get directions from your TomTom and texting 'LOL U ROXOR MI BOXORZ' on your Iphone while doing 120 mph down the freeway.
I love my 1964 Ford Custom 500 2-door sedan and I love the fact that you can hear, see and smell any problem wrong with it. You have to pay attention to everything and the road, making you a good driver. Cars nowadays are damn rec rooms on wheels. On the point of making things shorter, they can't step out of anything when their pants are hanging around their knees. Only time I'm 'baggin' and draggin' is when my testicles fall out the bottom of my swim shorts.

I like the new Camaro, I still think Mustang is king.

One thing I hate about new chevys is the badging is way too subdued. On Monte Carlos the would put small red SS emblems on a red car. The new camaros are no better. They put a big bowtie in the center of the grill yet small SS badging on the side. I'll bet the Z28 badging and accoutrements will be no better.

Chrysler is better though some may say the go over the top but at least people know what you are driving and its more like the muscle car heydays.
