That's right, that's a Sega Virtua Racing arcade unit. The very first arcade 3D racing game from 1992. I haven't decided if I will tear it apart and restore it back to original condition, or if I will tear it down, repaint it, and retool it to be a one off MWO arcade machine. What do you guys think?

Yes it is. Its one of the 16 most sought after arcade cabinets. I got it for a bargain. We'll just say I got it for 1/12th its estimated value. It has one bad monitor but my father in law is an old school tv repair man. A 2 dollar transistor was blown in the right side. Already got one coming to me in the mail to make it 100% operational.

If it's one of the most sought after arcade cabinets ever, restore it. Worse thing you could do it hack it up into something else and completely ruin any value it has later. If you want an "MWO Arcade Cabinet", I'd recommend just building that from scratch instead of taking something that's valuable as it is already.

I'd say, leave it original. but write to congressman Jack Thompson, tell him you're converting it to Grand Theft Auto; San Andreas, then ask him if you can borrow some quarters. LOL

Yes Great find and leave it alone! Make it functional but don't lose any stock parts SAVE everything and yes by the time the tots are ready for college it should bring you a nice tidy sum.
