I'll be playing the beta when it comes out for sure, but I'm not expecting a whole lot from it. Looking more forward to the final release really.

yeah definatly.. the final release will be a day to call in sick. Ive found (I hate to say it) that beta's are pretty boring for me.... at least closed betas. The open betas or demo's for games are always fun.

Yeah, closed beta's are never good, as there's always a restart. But it is fun to get to know the game before it really takes off. Can't wait to see the day.. and I'm sure I'll take the day off as well.

Don't worry, this AIN'T Route 66.

Sure, there HAVE been setbacks, but the people working on MWO, are more than just beginning programmers, and people trying to learn how to program as they go. The WMO people have the skills necessary already.

And when a roadblock comes along, like the game engine or servers being too small for the game, they have made the changes necessary.

Oh, and to add to our list:
Bring laptop on all bathroom runs...just in case...
Stockpile food, water, and other essentials for D-Day.
Get caffine pills or lots of coffee and keep them close at hand.
Skip school in order to take care of any computer preparations necessary...since MWO > college classes
