Someone mentioned having a driving coach recently and would it help make you a better driver.

What a fantastic day that must have been! Yeah yeah they're not muscle cars as WE know it but driving tips from a f1 driver and some top of the line euro speed and handling? Oh, pick me! :ciao:

Hehe yeah, cool experience indeed, and listen to the sound of the V8 in the videoclip he recorded! :driver::love::adore:

After his posts about the experience then I'm surprised he hasn't tried to get a Maserati to race at Saturday Nigth Racing instead of the Viper CC he normally uses :D But when he does then I'm ready with my petion to swap my Whelen Corvette with a DP7 Gallardo :D

I once had a friend who worked at this prestige car dealership. Astons, Jaguars, Porsches, Maseratis, Bentleys, everything. He'd let me into the dealership if buisness was slow (as he was bored) i was only about 12 or 13 at the time.

Man, those were some good times. I got to sit in (and rev up) loads of supercars. Aston Martin DB9, Jaguar XKR, Porsche 911 Turbo, Bentley Continental GT. My friend then let me in the 03 Maserati, forgot there was no clutch to weigh down to stop the car from moving, and i nearly went through the glass at the front. Moral: Paddle-shift gearboxes suck.

Dread that's funny my big brother worked for the Mercedes dealership when I was in high school and he would pick me up in some classy cars once in a while. His hot rod fancy (57, 61 chevy) got me started going car crazy for sure!

I totally agree with you there, it takes half the skill out of driving and the fun as well
