The driver in the car in front of him is an A-hole.

Fun stuff. :)

btw, when it comes to American Muscle cars, French drivers don't like them. I think the driver of the (what looks like a) Fiat has a hate on for American cars. (How many times did he get lapped?)
When I was in Germany in the mid 70's, one of the guys bought a brand new Firebird, and had it shipped over. He lost the car in France, when two other driver's "T" boned him at an intersection. As I understand it, he had the right of way.

seriously, that is really screwed up.

frrench hates america and we saved their butts in the war and this is how they repay us?

i'm pretty sure its a BMW 2002, but yeah, i agree, he's an ass lol

i prob would have just nudged him anyways,,, i noticed at a few points that the cuda was next to him, and the bmw moved over to cut the cuda off,,, i would not have backed off lol Mass of a Cuda>Mass of a BMW... and mass wins lol :D

I was going to say the same thing, lol, he is really pushing his luck with that little tin can. Aside from that, that kind of driving in real life races can get people killed. The guy should be banned from further events.

lol hey thats why I play games! So my real car doesn't get mucked up! I'll admit it, I have no balls to take my car on a road course, or to street race. (HAH! I didn't in MCO either I ran sponsored cars) I do the 1/4 mile but nothing else. I don't have the money to risk destroying my car.

That was definitely a BMW 2002, and like it or not that driving is how you win races. You block the guy from passing you, that's just how it is! The dude in the Cuda was getting PISSED!!! lol

Well, if that's how you win, then I suppose how you counter is by pushing the other car out of the way or fishtailing it.

you might want to check your rulebook on this one. I know that Paul Tracy got in trouble for trying to pass someone in a champ car race and he defended himself by pointing to the rule that says you can't block someone from passing you. yes, I know that's champ car rules but I think that FIA also has a rule regarding slower cars being forced to let the faster car pass also. I think there is a technicality regarding the cars racing line thru a corner though. I know that FIA also doesn't look kindly on "rubbing is racing" or stock-car style bumping and shoving...

I don't know about the rules and regulations. I might be a little open to possibly blocking an opening, but on a straight forcing the other driver to either hit you, go into the dirt, or back off doesn't seem right. Look at what the BMW does at 0:35. The cuda already has his nose along side the BMW, and the BMW responded by trying to push him off the track. That just isn't acceptable unless it is no holds barred, in which case it would mean a lot of trouble for the little BMW.

I'll keep that in mind when I race you in MWO ;)

Man if I was driving the Cuda I know I'd be pretty pissed. I'm also pretty sure there are rules in place that are supposed to prevent the A-hole maneuvers that the bimmer driver is displaying there. If I was in the Cuda though I would have given the 2002 a taste of his own medicine ;) Who's gonna win in a shoving battle, the hulking Cuda or the lightweight BMW? :D
