I´v just had a Deja Vu!

That looks exactly like a half*ss, ripoff from Land of the Deat: Road to Fiddler´s Green (wich in my opinion is the greatest zombie game ever) from Brainbox Games
Land of Dead is still better, using the 45 you can blow zombie parts like arms or even part of the face as they keep comming. Too bad the game is too short.

Me and my friends bought Left 4 Dead the day it came out (In fact, we bought the 4-pack online at about 12:30am THE DAY it came out). It's currently in my xfire's top 5 with 171 hours played. Once you get past the rage quitters, griefers, and random bugginess of match making and/or servers, it's an amazingly awesome game. It's also pretty short, if you're the type of person that'll only play a campaign once and be done with it, but if you have 3 other friends that own it, you can't beat the amount of fun it is. Co-op with 3 of your buddies on expert, taking out hoards when suddenly you hear a tank growl... nothing comes close to that amount of fun.

Well, except for Versus... Take co-op, but then put 4 other people on the "infected" team who's sole mission is to put you in the ground, and you have Versus. We're a very good infected team (my friends and I), which is why we have a big problem with rage quitters. Rarely do we get to play a campaign the entire way through because of this, but when we can it's awesome. When you pull off that perfect attack that kills the entire survivor team, there is no better feeling of accomplishment.

And there is a randomness to the spawns of everything, so no game is ever played the same way twice. I know a lot of games promise that, but this one actually delivers on that.

But to answer your question, Alleged... yes, I've played it.

Just watched your video for a few seconds and noticed something. On the shotguns, if you fire off the last round, you'll notice the reload takes longer. If that happens, reload until something's coming and then stop it. Then fire on whatever you need to so you're safe (making sure to leave one shell in the chamber) and hit reload. You'll reload the shotgun a whole lot faster, and you can instantly fire while reloading if you do it this way, as you don't have to pump the shotgun or pull that lever back before you can fire. You can also melee while reloading... and you should be if they're all over you. I believe the reload takes longer on the Rifle if you fire all the rounds in the clip as well, but the M4A1 reloads at the same speed whether or not you empty the clip (as far as I can tell).

For those not sure if you want to buy the game, do I have some news for you:

http://www.joystiq.com/2009/04/30/play-left-4-dead-4-free-this-freaky-free-friday-on-steam/

Basically, make a steam account (or just log into your account if you have one already) and under games not installed you'll see Left 4 Dead show up. Right-Click -> Install... and let it download. All day Friday you can play it for free. Come Saturday though, you might as well delete it. Be a very nice demo of the game though.

I picked up my copy on Steam while it was 40% off, so if anyone wants to add me as a friend and get some games on count me in.

Been having a total blast in all modes :)

I have this on 360, and have even considered buying the PC as well because I love the game so much.

Awesome. Knew they released the ability to make custom maps but I didn't know there was already some out there.

Really looking forward to them creating campaigns myself.
