well even being a huge Mopar guy I actually discovered the other day that there is such car as a 1970 Barracuda, and not on the 'Cuda. The Barracuda was a plain jane car with almost no options, once you got an option it practically became a 'Cuda. A Barracuda would almost always ahve dog pan wheels. a flat hood, no black on the rear around the tail lights, and exhaust pipes not molded into the rear bumper, while the 'cuda had Shaker hoods, AAR Hoods, hockey stripes, billboard stripes, AAR stripes, checkerboard stripe(it was a smal ////////// that ran along the midline of the cars side) and many other options.
unfortunately due to the common misconception i cannot find any pics of the 1970 Barracuda to show you guys/gals, but i thought you would like to know this small almost forgotten tid-bit in Mopar History
