Looks pretty cool, though I don't think the chargers they got out now are that bad. Kinda be nice to have it sitting beside an 05 Mustang. A weird retro/new look that when placed together would cause a rift in the space-time continuum... well, now that I think about it maybe it's for the best. :p

That would have been alot nicer to build than the one they did. Seriously, a 4 door Charger is pretty ghey. A slap in teh face to the Charger name to die hard fans...good grocery getter tho I suppose.

I couldn't get past the idea of a 4 door charger either,.. until I drove one. Now I wouldn't mind having one.

oh sure I'd take a new charger if ya gave it to me but it just screams "family guy wishes he was still single".
I'd just like to have a talk with whoever in the design department took the initiative to put 4 doors on a charger and put the hood scoop and wing on a pickup. That was a cruel joke. I'm not fond of the "Gaytona" pickup either y'see...

seen it many a time before being a mopar guy but its not my taste, personally i love this guys 2 door charger he was making into a 2 door, but then he went completely overboard n it looks hideous but jsut take the durrent oen make n make it a 2 door then it would be cool

Dodge made a mistake not wanting to release that car it would be a big seller.

The reason Dodge never released that Charger is because its not their concept. Someone made that up that design a few months ago. Heres a few pics of their actual concept Charger I took at the 04 Mopar Nats. Dont know why they didnt build this one.

I like everything except the nose on that thing. Reminds me of those little Dodge Daytona's (I think thats what they were) they made in the 80's

The Charger these days isnt that bad. Its better than the failure Charger from the 80s. That was a 2 door, does that make you guys love it, even though it was a 4 cylinder FWD econobox?

Yeah but they could have used them little half-doors like the Mazda RX8 and it would have looked WAY cooler and still been a family car.

dodge, jsut needs to rehire some old stylists or just do a complete remanufacting of an old car body with new saftey and guts, say the 68 charger r/t with a new 6.1L Magnum instead of a 440 Magnum, with aribags, stock seatbelts, etc

Funny you should say that - my girlfriend has an 05 Mustang, and her mother - yes, her MOTHER, just bought an 09 Challenger. They sit side-by-side frequently.

Ok that concept charger in the pics... it just does not look right to me for some reason. All the Chargers i've ever seen in my life regardless if its in a game or in a driveway/car show has been a beast of a car.

that car to me looks like some Hotwheels futuristic thing. A Charger should be a lane-wide atleast lol and about as long or longer than my Expedition.

Regardless 2 or 4 doors you really cant bring back the Charger as a car now days. Just would not be the same or look decent as you see in the 4 door version.
