Not only has it already been discussed, it was only the 3rd topic from the top before you posted yours.
I hate EA... wish a passion I might add... but I find myself going back to them over and over again, know they'll only break my heart again. This time I won't have to put any money down at least.

I glanced through and didnt see it.
Dead thread.
I do wonder, though, if EA would have called it Need For Speed: Motor World Online, if not for us. :p

Dead Thread?! NO such thing here. All threads that are not currently active are merely taking a smoke break.

it looks like they're still catering to the 'Fast and Furious' crowd. they're overlooking something that Ken and RW caught onto and re-awakened in the rest of us: the sense of community that MCO inspired in all of us gearheads. my wife and I are members of a local Car Club that have an annual show and shine and since we joined the club we have been overwhelmed at the sense of family in the gearhead community.

Community was why most of us loved MCO and is why we're working on a racing game where once again, that sense of community is important.

Single image up now. Sort of looks like a cross between Test Drive Unlimited and Burnout Paradise.

Two things that worry me.
The "autodrive" thing. I guess that's so that you can get from one place to another while typing. Maybe not such a big deal.
The F-keys at the top with stuff that look like special abilities. Could work (like Midnight Club LA seems to, although I haven't played it) or it could be horrible.
Looks quite nice for a free-to-play game though. Looks like a browser-based job like Battlefield Heroes (which works very smoothly on my ging machine). I'll be giving it a shot.
