Well hello there

I've been watching this project for quite a while now and as am excited as any other MCO fan to see it progress. I worked on MCO as quality assurance at EA Seattle during the game's development and then played it the entire time it was around. Despite playing a million and one games since then, it still stands as my favorite game of all time.

I recently found a track editor worthy of recreating MCO tracks and decided to give it a whirl. That's mainly why i'm popping up here. You can see what's up with that in the thread i'm about to post in the Gaming section.

Hahaha - hey Roadweasel! You should see Seattle right now, it's completely debilitated by a little over a foot of snow. I suppose it's good for holing up and working on a track, but not so good for getting to work and back.

Sub - I have over 3 feet of snow at my house now and another foot expected tomorrow! I used to live on that side (up by bellingham) so I know how horrific it is when people try to drive in it! I'm sure getting to work in King county right now is a sketchy proposition.

Hah - 3 feet of snow in Seattle would completely shut the city down. Millions would perish between their homes and a Starbucks and the Metro bus system would completely crumble... oh wait... it already has. :cool:

You're dead on when it comes to people driving in the snow out here. Everyone wants to learn the hard way - numerous times. It's ridiculous.

I actually like the snow quite a bit, it's just the getting around that's tough out here. Since it doesn't happen quite like this but once every 20 years, the snow plows are few and far between. Fun stuff.

What Seattle, and Everett, and Lynnwood, and ect. should be doing, is to remove all that snow by front end loader, and dump truck. Thats what cities with normal snow fall do. I realize of course, that this isnt normal.
I almost got stuck two days ago, because the car I was behind was going less than 5mph! I have been patient, but these winter light weights are wearing me out.
