Hey all. I am new to this site and would like to introduce myself. I never got the chance to play MCO but really wish i had the chance to. Several of my co-workers/friends have played MCO in the past and had to look it up. Got really interested in it and was wondering why they ended that game. Hense I found this site. I think that there is a great thing going on here and when it takes off will make alot people happy.
Im not sure where everyone is from or what they drive but i am a canadian bound from saskatchewan and drive an 84 camaro. I bought the car it being my first car when i was 18. Car is black with t-tops. Came with a 305 v8 with crossfire injection orginally and a 5 speed manual trans. I then had a 350 put into it out of a 70 chevelle and painted it and put a cowl hood on it. Followed by the 350 was a 700r4 automatic trans converting the vehicle to an auto. This year i pulled the 350 and dropped in a 454bbc and beefed the hell out my trans. As you can read in my sig. stage 3 kit with corvette servos and billet sun gear. THought might as well put in a new rear end while im at it so i threw in that auburn 10 bolt posi with 3.73 richmond gears and moser 28 spline axles. Followed by this year I took off the factory wheels and put some 15x8 torq thrust 2's all the way around with 275's on the rear.
The 454 has been rebuild with mild performance but my god is it a torq monster. Cant wait to get some heads on that beast as its a late 70s block with them smogger heads on it. I was racing this year and managed to torq up the front end of my car and getting the one tire off the ground. I hooked up really hard throwing me back in the seat. With street tires (bfg radials) i run around a 12 flat and with slicks in the 11s. So i am so far happy with my build and more to come in the future! :D
