Ive got to show some love for this car.Personally, thats too much power for me. I wouldent know what to do with it. That 12:1 compression 460 would do me till I learned to control it. But anyhow, holy crap I think your fox is gonna be awesome!

hey thanks alot. i am looking forward to when it is finished. right now it will be n/a pushing 365hp and 480 tq. only reason for this is i am waiting on Probe pistons to get my custom 7.9 to 1 comp pistons made for me. that take a while . and i have eagle rods being custom made for 1400+hp. i know my compression will be low but ill be running 12 psi of boost on 2 t4 turbos. and @ 12 psi on 7.9 to 1 compression pistons ill be looking around the range of 14.5 or so to 1 compression. i can always turn it up to around 20 psi and be at 18.6 to 1compression.


a friend of mines dad did this back in the late 70's early 80's and ran a 460 cid in a 1975 ford highboy..... wow it made on 12 psi 965 whp and on 20 psi made 1340 whp and ran 9.70s in the 1/4 with 12 psi and ran 9.20's with 1340 whp.. not to bad in a 5-6k lb 4wd truck.

thats where i got the idea on the twin turbo for my fox that weighs around 1500-2000lbs less. im shooting for 8.20s in the 1/4 on high boost and 8.90s on low boost. im sure it can eb done with the right tune.
