My dad sold this to a family friend about 20 years ago and a few months ago he told my dad to come and get it. Had to drag it out of the weeds with a tractor, but finally got it on the trailer.

It's an all original '46 Ford with a flathead V8.
Anyone know how hard it would be to set the body on a '77 Monte Carlo frame? (dad's idea)

Will do.
We have a 454 truck motor and a Powerglide laying around, but they're just ideas at the moment. :p
O.K. Who wants to model it so I can stick it in a field somewhere. :D

Thanks RW.
If anyone IS interested in modeling this, I can get some reference pics before we begin disassembly (the bolts have been stubborn so far..).
I need to get some more use out of this camera anyways.

Who said anything about not being able to drive it? :D I said I wanted to stick it in a field, never said it couldn't be "found"

I agree, we need objects in this game but we need drive-able trucks to add some variety in the game.
I think rollout found a nice candidate for both jobs :)

That is a nice find, but don't get rid of the flathead. It would be very cool to see that in game.

Thanks.
I'm not sure we will change the motor, but my dad wants a different rear end in it. He said it would haul :smile:ss to 55 then level off.
Oh, and I had my facts wrong. He sold it 37 years ago and the family friend ended up with it later on.

Hello all, I would like to make a request, I am building a website just for tractors, to date I have gathered 365 individual agricultural tractor males and I hope to document every agricultural tractor make and model ever made. In particular I am looking for videos and images of rare antique tractors, such as Chamberlain, Fairbanks Morse or Minneapolis-Moline. If you think you can help, drop me a line at admin (at) youtractor.com. Any content you provide will remain your property and you will be credited with it.
I look forward to hearing from you

Actually I do live on a farm. We have a few tractors, but they're not anything to look at. Even if they were dial-up pretty much limits me to resized pictures, videos would take forever to upload.
