This is your simracing HQ. The best Simracers on the planet meet and race here, and I am wondering who on here is on there, or willing to join.

Anyone willing to join and thinks they got what it takes to run with the best of the best, I will help you get started.

As of right now there is a "Race 07" WTCC Series being run, with a Foruma BMW series in the works run through the same game.

The online racing is the best ive ever found anywhere, and these guys have monster servers handling 25 at max per race with no lag.

Anyone who wants to step up and show some skills, pm me on these forums and ill get you on the road to some real online skilled racing.

This is the live pre-qualifying timing for the race at Brands Hatch this weekend.

The race it self will be broken up into 5 groups of 25 based on the pre-quali times. Thus making each race close because it has all the same pace with each driver.

My name is Keith Barrick, and ive worked hard and only cracked the top 20 sitting in 17th so far.

Keep an eye out ill be doing some more laps tonite.

Cheers

Whats with the DQ's. They cheating or something?

If you pre-qualify and do not show up for the race it essentially leaves an open spot on the server for an able bodied person. Therefore they have implemented unexplained absence penalties and that is why they are DQ'd

I cant seem to link the video directly, so I will link to the post in my league forum from Limerock park.

This video showcases a 24 lap race with forced pit stops, which was race 6 of the ATCC season. I put this together after the race cause it just had to be done.

If you are interested in racing, PM me. Its a great way to pass the time with some fun competition with a good group of guys.

Unfortuntely it is literally a Sim of a real racing league. With stewards, penalties, points etc...

There is alot to setting up the car as the physics mimic the real world WTCC cars. You need to be a sharp driver, have balls of steel, and have or learn the ways of an engineer to tune the car.

Its an acquired taste :)
