awesome!

abe vigoda with the 67 AMC rebel, thats weird!

cool clean kids singing about a 69 mustang, looks like they were trying to ripoff the partridge or the brady bunch.

the GTO commercials were ok.

Check out this 1970 GTO commercial on Youtube. Since I do not know how to do links real well, just look up 1970 GTO VOE. I guess this ad was aired during Superbowl IV and GM Execs saw the ad and had Pontiac kill the ad and the option. They believed Pontiac was promoting street racing, which they were. The option was a lever under the dash that opened the mufflers to allow very little restriction and baffling. It raised the Dbls by about 10. Only 233 GTO's had this very rare option before it and the ad were killed.

Then check out Waldron's Antique Exhaust, and on Youtube look up Waldron's GTO. They recreated this option and now have it available for a number of muscle cars. So if you want additional sound and relieve backpressure in your exhaust system, this is the way to go. Thinking of putting it on my Can Am. Just what I need, more performance and a more aggressive exhaust note.
