MCO Memories...

I remember when I first got the game when it just came out. I started with a 57 Chevy and built it up for drag racing. I started looking for blowers and scoops that were hard to get. I eventually ended up with a blown 283 with a slipstream scoop. At that point people were doing alot of drag racing, and I would kick alotta butt. I got the rare parts from working with this cool guy named Cuda something, who showed me how to get parts in auction and sell them. we worked togather. I hope he is here. I was on midtown pacific.
I also joined a club called motor city elite. I cant remember the name of the guy that started the club, but when the next patch came I wound up with a 70 mustang and I traded that to him and he traded me a 67 camaro that I named the pheonix, with the flame job. It had a 318 in it and that got me started on making money at the belair grand prix. A thousand bux a run.
What is your guy`s favorite memory of MCO?

I only ever played in the open beta. I built a drag car too but hardly anyone dragged. The few times I pulled it out though I found that I must have had my suspension set up wrong because it would pull to the left. This was a problem because once you crossed the line you no longer had control but the car would keep going. Ended up with a couple of good repair bills from that.

I had a nomad that I was trying to drag race with. My whole goal was to pull the front wheels off the ground. I didnt care about winning or losing, I just wanted the front wheels off the ground. Finally one day I got it done and I never touched the drag strip again. At the time I was playing the only cars that had a chance on the drag strip were 32s and 65 Mustangs. I kept that nomad and built it up for racing, I cant remember what track though. All I remember is that my nomad looked like a hearse.

Yeah I remember the 32s also. That's all that anyone every dragged....it actually was kind of annoying. :)

AJ Lifter was my old name but during my stay at MCO i collected the rust buckets a lot of them and i use to run them ragged on the pony car tracks and drag races. i hope you guys put in the rat rods and rusted barn find skins to :D
