Hey guys i have been in iraq for the past 9 months and havent been able to check up on the game. when is it comming out or when can i download it??

The "Countdown to Sunrise" on the main page is the number of days left to the release date BUT that could change depending on anything that might affect the guys and gals working on this game. Congratulations on getting back from Iraq!

I thought someone was pulling my chain when they were talking about this....I have been an avid game fan for over 30 years and have to say MCO was in my top 5 favorites. I'm buying this one the day it comes out.

Ah very cool!!! I remember when MCO was going away there were a handful of us that discussed trying to license the engine and keep one server running. I think at the time EA was not open to that etc.

Very cool concept and I'm in either way. Will it run on something like Ascent server?

Welcome to the site. I haven't figured out how I will do third party servers just yet. As of now we have an Ohio and possible Florida based server for beta launch. I would like to see a California and north eastern server like New York or higher in the future. Would have to be someone I could highly trust and depend on. Its a lot of work to maintain a server.

EA will never let us run an MCO server. They claim the technology is still used in current products and has been built upon their trademarked technology and blah blah blah.

Im in florida and so is javelin we can test out the stability of the server in florida if you need to.

I'm hoping the alpha might be on the Florida server. I know I said no online but we are aiming for it, just don't get your hopes up and it might just be a surprise! lol
