Probably because that music is copyrighted and usage rights would cost severall times what the cost of development has been in totall...for the usage of one song. Copyrights are ridiculous, that's why you have bands do your music like these guy's have done. As you've said, you can just turn it off and have a media player in the background blasting whatever you'd like.

Nope, the song from that video is part of Mwo ost, and it was made by Cline.
We already got a lot of songs done, we just haven´t included them because the in-game radio is not ready yet.

Oh, I see. Thanks for the correction. That does sound familliar in a way, but probably because of the rock n roll/rockabilly style in general.
