I picked this up Friday night and have been playing pretty much non stop. Its addicting, but unless something changes I can see it getting kinda tiresome after a while. Im just waiting to get the lambo or the GT40 unlocked for top speed tracks.

Oh, and I cant play online. Ive read on the NFS forums that this is a pretty common problem and EA hasnt addressed it yet... go figure.

kind of.,.. I mean the game released in November, you would think they might of tried to fix it by now. Its a fun game, I just wish I could race online and bring back some MCO memories. I just reached a track tonight, that is damn near just like one in MCO. I cant remember the name, but it was the one with the tunnel in town where traffic was on the other side of the median.

I have it and it got boring after a while. I like how they included other cars besides the imports FINALLY. I wish they would've stuck with the street racing though b/c I always enjoyed running from the cops and I get bored with the same old tracks over and over.

The only game close enough to relate to MCO in anyway is Forza Motorsport 2.

realistic racing and over 300+ cars (classics/muscle/imports/luxury/exotic) real life tracks

and best of all, an ingame paint booth livery editor where you can paint your car and make your own vynils.

The only racing games i see are this MWO and forza motorsport 2 for xbox360

ProStreets vinyl system could never compete with that,

in many ways even NFS Carbon had better possibilities of painting your cars...

Funny you mention painting cars.. I have 4, everyone is matte black with no logos or decals.

Jussi,.. you post a lot on the NFS forums don't you? I remember your name and avatar. Last night I downloaded 1.1 with no problems and installed it,... but still no online. Stupid thing keeps asking for my CD reg key, then says its allready registered. I know it is,.. because I registered it,.. but for some reason the reg key and my log-in name isnt recognizing each other. I cant use my EA log-in name, because there are not enough spaces for it.... EA has a way of totally pissing me off sometimes. Its just a good thing the game is fun enough for me in single player mode.

1.0 had a limit of 14 characters for log-in-name,

but 1.1 allows longer log-in-names too. Have you tried your original log-in-name with 1.1 yet? It should work now.

1.1 they changed it where you can't change your log in name. The only thing that pops up now, is the cd key reg thing, and I cant find anywhere that lets me change my user name. Unless you know the place where its hiding because Ive looked all over for it.

I found it.... and found that the multiplayer online part was very dissapointing. I was wanting to race cars I have in my garage against others, but you cant. Oh well,.. just gotta keep waiting for MWO to come out.
