Links broke, but I assume it's the Apple iPad....
So what's so special about this? It's just a really big iPhone, aint it? For the size, it should be competing with laptops and namely tablet PC's, but with that price tag I've heard rumored (700-1000) (EDIT: 500 for WiFi, 830 for WiFi/3G), I don't think anyone but Apple fanboys can justify that cost....
EDIT: Found a link on /. - http://apple.slashdot.org/story/10/01/27/1849207/Apples-iPad-Out-In-the-Open?art_pos=9&art_pos=9
Appears the price tag I heard wasn't entirely right, but without 3G you're looking at only laptop connectivity (have to be near a wireless router, can't just be used anywhere you want on the go which is what I thought was a big selling point). 16GB Flash doesn't seem like a lot (neither does 64), but I guess that really depends on what you use it for.... and I'm still trying to figure that out. Then again, I never saw much use in TabletPC's either. I guess the very slim and very large touch screen is the big advantage over a Tablet...

I'm not excited either... it's a glorified kindle? http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/01/27/AR2010012704025.html

I dunno, Pie, somehow I think that it's easier to surf the net with that I-pad thingy than those headers. on the other hand, if you bolted both of those to your engine...I think those headers would last longer than that I-pad.
:))

Would be a very entertaining experiment.

Your crazy Pie 906 for headers that sucks man. I was looking around for months for my headers. I found a set where a guy had loaned his friend some cash and didnt pay him back he took a set of brand new coated headers and coated Y-pipe as payment. He didnt know what car they where for or what brand they where. With a day of research I realized they where for my car and Jet-Hot racing headers which are just hooker headers with thicker flanges and jet hot coated. I ended up talking guy in dropping them of at my house for 250 I havent even seen the coated y-pipe for cheaper then that and I got both brand new.
My point is just keep looking around theres deals to be found

I plan to someday. Maybe not a Mach 1 but a GT or Cobra for sure. Much less rare.
Jay Leno did a piece on the iPad last night, was pretty boring but he did make a good point.

iPod Touch - Brilliant.
iPhone - Better, as you aren't limited to wifi.
iPad - Can't see any point.
