Without looking at the whole video, just the loop concept, I know the answer is yes. I would imagine just about any car would be able to do it (not long, low ride-height cars, though).

No thanks! Plus I was sure how the suspension would effect the whole thing. The rebound of the suspension damn near ended that little stunt early.
