if that was a scenario, let me explain what would happen. the figureheads would fly ken to their HQ with all the EA shareholders and top guys sitting around a conference table with Ken. Ken would have a stern and somewhat concerning look as he gets passed a contract stating that EA would buy out Unleaded games. Ken would then bring it home and read it over and read it again, he would find a way to say no in a manner of speaking.

so Ken decides to take that EA contract and then use it like toilet paper and then send it to the rest of the dev team where they can use it like toilet paper and so on and so forth. and then go back to EA and hand it to them (with gloves on) and say

screw you morons, your contract has now been used as toilet paper, have a good day ladies and gentleman.

I don't know about everyone else, but I'm still buying Spore and Red Alert 3 this year. I don't really care that EA made them, I just want to play.
