I just signed up for the forums earlier today I had tried to a few weeks ago but it didn't work or something. Oh well. A bit about myself.... When MCO came out I wasn't old enough to have a credit card and no way in hell my parents would've payed per month for me to play a game so it didn't ever happen but I thought the game looked so sweet. I've been looking for someone attempting to restart it for awhile but never found anything till this. Good luck with everything you guys are amazing!

I'm new on this site, but I was a phantom on the other.. I was a former MCO addict, and this is quite intriguing. As soon as I start working, I will definitely donate some money to this. Great work guys, KP.

Yeahhh.. the forums are back up. Im an old Midtown Man.. and have been watching the MWO site for a while now waiting for it to come to life. Ive also recently got an old computer going, so I need to search for old MCO pics on it to post. I love seeing old MCO pics, brings back goooood memories.

Well I've been hanging around on the old site watching this game progress. I unfortunately never got around to playing MCO. Then I found out it was taken down. Now im just excited to play MWO. Good job.

They wanted to focus on their more lucrative games (the sims, ultima online, which were offered to those MCO players they screwed). So yes, MCO wasn't making enough money, and EA only cares about money, so they dumped it.

Be aware people, that this isn't MCO "coming back", this is an indie project, inspired by MCO, being created. We are very glad to have you on board. MWO will be everything MCO was but better, newer, and more community oriented. Scamming and cheating won't be tolerated, good sportsmanship will be rewarded. There will be enforcement teams around to deal with the a$$hats that eventually try to cheat others or hack the game.
